Lead a small team of artists and historians for Immersive, who worked on building out a digital representation of ancient Jerusalem for VR and Rendered experiences.
These are the render breakdowns for shots that were sold to National Geographic and the Christian Broadcast Network for air.
A quick 20-30 minute VR experience built around throwing physics-based sling objects at targets and enemies. Developed for the Oculus quest and mobile release; the player must practice their aim with the sling and improve in order to defeat the final boss, Goliath.
Each level is scored based on accuracy and time to generate replayability.
Prior to Chadwick Boseman’s passing, Marvel Comics were interested in developing a ‘History of Wakanda’ VR experience that could be played on the quest.
This collaboration with their voice acting team sketched out some possible ideas for a more built-out experience down the line.
We were tasked to build a VR experience to help Kellogg’s sales team train managers in how to handle situations at their Walmart stores.
Specifically things like spills, misorganized products, and the daily walkthroughs.
An interactive projection mapping booth built for Laduma and Intermountain Healthcare, designed in Unity to be plugged into tracking cameras and allow the deer, rabbits, bear to follow the guests and react to their position in the booth.
Starting with my sketch we built out a square game level visible in the breakdown videos.
A render of the Armory gallery at Virginia Tech. After laser-scanning the gallery, I re-topologized the scan data and textured everything. This low topology project was primarily focused around studying IES lights in V-Ray.
A quick ad for Kellogg's to Go, I assisted with matchmoving, animation, and lighting.
A spot for the G-SHOCK series of Casio watches. I assisted in modeling, texturing, and layout for the ad.
For this project I was mainly involved in matchmoving, as well as some modeling touch-ups for the vehicle.
An ad for the show Dating Naked, assisted on all aspects of production.
A collaboration project with two other graduate students at Virginia Tech. Special thanks to Phat Ngyuen and Zach Bush for their sculpts.
A study into rendering natural interior lighting. The geometry for this render was created based on a found photograph.
Experimented with Mari for texturing in this New York style studio. Focused mainly on using specular/reflection maps to control reflection on each material.
